Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services used to deliver communications.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all group & private sessions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours result in loss of a credit on a punch pass/loss of a single drop-in session & forfeiture of the session. All class cancellations must be made online or on the app.
Privates & semi-privates are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy as well.
Classes are small - We keep classes capped at 3 people per class. Reserve spots as far out as you possibly can. Booking closes 2 hours prior to class start time.
Waitlists
You will receive an email or text if you make it into a class from the waitlist. Monitor all inboxes. By signing up for a waitlisted class, it is your responsibility to watch waitlists for changes/watch inboxes for a message. Cancellation policy will still be in place if you make it off the waitlist and do not cancel if you cannot show up. We simply ask that you cancel your spot so we know you cannot make it and we can offer it to the next waitlisted client. No-shows with no contact will result in forfeiture of the session credit.
Refunds
All sales are final. Extensions on punch passes will be considered with doctor’s notes/surgeries.
Grip Socks/General Apparel
We do NOT require grip socks. Wear workout attire.
No-Show Policy
To respect our instructors’ time and ensure availability for all members, no-shows will be charged accordingly. If you book using a class or session credit, the credit will be deducted for a missed class or appointment. If your booking is made via QuickPay, the full session amount will be charged.
