We hope to encourage Pilates with purpose.

Founding Story
Founded in 2025, Paragon Pilates & Training began as a small home studio created by owner and founder Hope, in an unused, unfinished room of her townhome. What started as a personal vision quickly evolved, and by June 2025, Paragon expanded into a fully operating studio location nearby.
Hope did not begin 2025 with plans to own a studio. Instead, Paragon was built through a natural progression of growth, intention, and a desire to create a space rooted in quality coaching and long-term development. Building Paragon has been both challenging and deeply rewarding, reflecting the commitment behind creating something purposeful, lasting, and truly her own.
Our Mission
Paragon values strength through knowledge. We want our clients to understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind their bodies and to enjoy the diligent process behind proper fitness, and injury prevention.

Welcome! I am a retired professional dancer, and current dance instructor, Pilates instructor, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. I moved from CO to NY at the age of 17 to pursue my dance career and after 4 years, relocated to UT to dance with Odyssey Dance Theatre. I spent 8 years with the company touring internationally and dancing principal roles while teaching dance, Pilates, and fitness. These passions led me to furthering my education within the fitness arena, managing a local boutique Pilates studio, filming and creating workouts for an online Pilates platform called Dynamic Pilates TV, as well as instructing virtually for HOTWORX.
Currently, when I’m not instructing at Paragon, I’m instructing independent dancers around Utah on dancer-specific strength and conditioning programs, as well as working with NFL players on the off-season on Pilates equipment.
I am extremely passionate about proper technique and explaining how to do movements correctly so you can build a solid foundation and apply it to any other training you do, thus the rest of your life. Whether you are a dance student, professional athlete, Pilates client, or any other client of mine (and any age), my goal is to make you feel understood, feel like you understand the exercises and purpose of them, and to make you feel strong inside and out.

Now, I instruct at Paragon, train dancers across Utah, and work with NFL players in the off-season. I focus on proper technique and helping clients understand movement so they can build a strong foundation and feel confident and strong in their bodies.

With a lifelong background in dance and over 12 years of teaching experience, I transitioned into Pilates with a focus on strength, balance, and intentional movement. Outside the studio, I enjoy life with my husband and five children who keep us busy with sports and activities.
